Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days from you receiving your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we ask the item be returned to our facility within 30 days of your contact with our customer support team. Items must be returned with a notation of the customers name, email address, order ID and reason for the return or refund. If you do not do this then a refund or replacement cannot and will not be processed.

Let me just repeat that : You must include your name, email address and/or order number when returning items. If you just post products back to us without these, then we have no idea who they are from when they arrive.

We cannot offer refunds on customised item add on costs.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (the email confirmation for your order will suffice).


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Non refundable items returned to our warehouse will require payment for the return postage to the customer if they request these non refundable items back.

Custom Orders - Custom design orders cannot have the price of admin and message card creation refunded. The refunded amount for these orders will be that of any standard design.

TrendyGoodsMarket will not be held responsible for lost items due to incorrect information being provided by the consumer. In the event that incorrect shipping information is given and an item is not delivered as a result, we cannot process a refund. If you need to correct any of your details after making a purchase, you can notify the team via our contact page.

We do not allow refunds on gift cards/certificate products.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via our support page.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via our contact page.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note consumers may be charged again for shipping in the event that an order does not arrive/ is sent back to TrendyGoodsMarket due to incorrect/incomplete information being provided by the consumer.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
